Biography
Tania Walker was born in Montgomery, Alabama in 1996. The third of three children, it was easy to get lost in the crowd. One thing that separated Tania was her artistic abilities. Her first memory of drawing was when her guardian taught her how to draw Blossom of the Powerpuff Girls. Her guardian had explained how important it was to isolate various shapes—an important tool that Tania would use later.
Years later, after witnessing a suicide, Tania turned to art for healing. She took up watercolor painting in September 2021 and dove into portrait painting. She was attracted to the light in others. Drawing inspiration from Basquiat, Klimt, and Schiele, she focuses on form while also adding more and more abstractions.
