My husband and I recently moved to Alabama and we enjoy the serene Lake Martin living. I began my watercolor journey in 2016 after retiring from the corporate world. Watercolor media is fun because it always has a surprising outcome. The following quote by Thomas Merton is so true for me; because I believe creativity is spiritual, meditative and the happiest of zones. “Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.”
