Lillian Parsons was an American painter, living in Alaska from 1925-1992.

Lillian was born in Santa Rosa Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She attended St. Mary's University taking math and engineering drafting. She was employed with Army Map service at Fort Sam Houston. In 1953 she accepted a position with the Army Map Service District Engineers in Anchorage, Alaska. She met and married Sam Parsons in 1962.

She was a member of the Anchorage Art Guild.
