Untitled Floral, c. 1996

18.25 × 26.25 ″ Framed: 28.75 × 36.375 ″ watercolor

This is an up close view of flowers and stems. In the foreground there is a brown stem just to the right of the center of the composition. Green leaves are branching off the stem, one being particularly large going off to the left making a diagonal in the composition. A yellow flower with a brown center is underneath the leave. A large flower with red and pink hues is seen behind the stem and leave. White flowers are placed through out the composition. The bottom starts with a dark blue and green in the background and lightens up to a lighter green on the right side and a blue-grey on the left. This piece is framed in a light wooden frame, covered in glass, and has a double mat which are both white. The mat does not go all the way to the image edge leaving about an inch of watercolor paper shown.
