Night Light, 2024

Being in the bush at night time enveloped within the shadow of trees, staring into pockets of darkness. The senses are heightened. The darkness is alive. Alert to every sound, every movement. This work is my life. Living in remote NT. Beauty surrounds us but we must step into it and seek it out and then we must illuminate it . I trust this country to hold me. In my own times of darkness, the darkness holds the light.
