The cyclical nature of renewal and destruction of the land and its rivers is embodied with heraldic emblems of lighting, river tracks and sediment layers overseen by incumbent skies. This is a land submerged and awakened with the cyclical passage and the restoration rain and tides. It speaks of a growing awareness of the ecological significance of water as a finite resource.
