Painted on Gundungurra Country in an open hayshed, ‘Crossing Paths’ is a direct response to working plein air within an agricultural landscape. It blends subconscious action painting with a contemplative engagement with the environment, enlivened by painting in a landscape of interconnecting bushland paddocks peppered with wild fauna and wandering cattle.
