The extraordinary Leafy Seadragon (Phycodurus eques) found only in waters in southern Australia, uses its leaflike fins to blend into seaweeds and seagrass. This piece documents the movement of a group of Leafy Seadragons at Rapid Bay Jetty near Adelaide. Cool daddy celebrates the male of the species as they carry and fertilise around 250 eggs each breeding season. The work maps the eggs as they are released onto the ocean floor to emerge as fully formed young.
