AUD 1400Growing up in country NSW, I spent school holidays road-tripping to visit far-flung relatives. I loved staring from the car window, marvelling at changing landscapes - boulders, dry earth, lone trees and dishevelled telegraph poles.
This work celebrates those wonders, reflecting nature’s rhythms and layers. My ‘free range’ upbringing, where everything was repaired, repurposed or made from scratch, shapes my practice. I returned to my late father’s workshop in Tumut, building remnants of the past into poles and wires emerging from my hand-built ceramic forms.
