I am interested in the connection between the 'push and pull' of both painting and of nature. How to reconcile the warm and cool, surface and depth, destruction and regeneration, history, and the present? Face to face with the scale and energy and of a waterfall helps us contemplate what it means to be human in this world. St Columba Falls is one of Tasmania’s highest waterfalls at 90m.
