This artwork was inspired by the beauty and contrast of light and dark in Australian rainforests. The eerie nature of the shadows cast by trees and greenery, is paired by the specks of light that one can see peering through the canopy as you trek through nature. Where Light Meets Leaves, is not only inspired by the allure and other-worldly nature of rainforests, but also serves as a reminder that these incredible natural scenes are becoming increasingly rare and precious in our urbanised society.
