This artwork I painted is a landscape of the blue mountains with the sky as a vibrant sunset. The color scheme demonstrates the contrasts of the pink, purple and blue of the sunset departure as it creates the atmosphere of peace or saddness towards both tourists and the audience. The position of where the mountains makes the viewer feel as they're looking at both the sunset and the mountains as the main subjects to get the audience attention. The symbols of the painting  demonstrates the sunset a deeper meaning to the audience and myself, representing new beginnings, new endings, its nature way of life, a cycle happens every single day not us knowing what will happen next in the future. But with the sunset and the Blue mountains, it connects the darkness and light together like beauty mix with mystery of life, showcasing the affection of the past history of the Blue Mountains and us. Its definition gives us its power of nature and its reflection to have a positive outlook and have a fresh new beginning in life.
