It is wondrous to gaze upon Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung mob country trom a height to imagine what the mighty Yarra and surrounding hunting grounds were like pre-europeans times. Known for their  hunting gathering and fishing - sustenance was  abundant. I look out at the high-rise lights of Melbourne when in times past stars once shone and I see reflections of kitchen staff like ghosts of the past preparing meals in the high-rise restaurant kitchen. The parallels are significant. Respect.
